By downloading, installing, or using the WOMY application, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the application.
These Terms may be modified at any time. The version in force is the one accessible within the application. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
WOMY is accessible to users 15 years of age and older.

The information, predictions, recommendations, and content provided by the application (cycle, nutrition, sport, well-being) are given for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
In case of pain, concerning symptoms, medical questions, or doubts about a pregnancy, consult a doctor, midwife, or qualified healthcare professional. Do not make any medical decisions based solely on the information provided by this application.
WOMY offers limited free access and a Premium subscription unlocking all features. Available plans are:
A 3-day free trial may be offered to new users. At the end of the trial period, the chosen subscription starts automatically and is charged to the associated Apple account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by country and local currency. The publisher reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
Subscription cancellation is performed exclusively through Apple Settings: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions.
After cancellation, Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. No partial refund is granted for unused days, in accordance with Apple's App Store general terms.
Refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
By using WOMY, you agree to:
All WOMY content — text, icons, design, interface, cycle prediction algorithms, training programs, generated articles, and features — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, exploitation, or use not expressly authorized in writing is strictly prohibited.
AI-generated content (articles, recipes, recommendations) is produced for the exclusive use of the user within the application and may not be redistributed commercially.
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
The publisher's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.
The publisher endeavors to ensure continuous availability of the application but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions. Offline access remains available for data already synchronized.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service, with reasonable prior notice except in case of emergency, and to evolve the features of the application.
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using WOMY, you accept this processing under the conditions described therein.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → My Profile → Delete my account. This action results in the immediate and permanent deletion of all your personal and health data.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
